What is the difference between your traditional and non-woven wallpapers?
Our non-woven wallpapers are made from a blend of cellulose and textile fibers, making them easier to install as you apply the adhesive directly to the wall. Traditional papers require the adhesive to be applied to the paper itself.
Do you offer custom sizing for wall murals?
Yes, many of our murals can be custom-scaled to fit your specific wall dimensions. Please use the measurement tool on the product page or contact our design team for assistance.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally from our workshops in France. Standard international delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I order a sample before committing to a full roll?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering samples to verify colors and textures in your home's lighting. Samples are available for all our current collections.
What is your return policy for wallpaper?
Unopened and undamaged standard rolls can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom-sized murals and bespoke orders are non-refundable as they are printed to your specific requirements.
